The current version of the Wstar concept plan is incomplete, but we know how it needs to be changed.
Update it to conform our requirements to submit it together with other Procurement documents to the vendors.

Some necessary changes
- Fire safety: Update the plan to comply with the fire safety requirements
- Plan battery storage space: How the telecom-room needs to be updated to host the batteries of different chemistry, or do we need to use a container
- DC power supply system needs to be upgraded
- Heat reuse needs some upgrading, but some of it can be left to the detailed planner
